Adel Abdel-Latif

Career Beast

Success Is No Accident

Adel Abdel-Latif had made it. At just 34, he was appointed as a radiologist at the leading Swiss private clinic group. But he wouldn’t settle at that. He felt a strong desire to change, break new ground and properly get on the fast lane to success.

To do this, he developed a success theory that enabled him to become a visionary company founder, innovative entrepreneur and world kickboxing champion. Today he gives advice to successful global players in difficult negotiating situations as a »ghost negotiator«, invisible to the other side. In his new book he retraces his steps and takes the reader with him on his journey to self-determination, financial independence and an exciting life.

»Being a CAREER BEAST is not about getting ahead at others’ expense. It is about bringing out the best in yourself, realising your burning desires and reaching the peak of your success!« A few years ago, Adel Abdel-Latif could not imagine pursuing the same job for the next 30 years, letting incompetent superiors in rigid structures take decisions on his behalf. He realised he had to break away from his pretend satisfaction, develop his talents and reinvent his life, to make his hidden wishes and goals a reality.

For the first time he presents his unusual principles for achieving his own dreams and visions.

»The Career Beast is a fascinating glimpse into the mind and working approach of a self-made man and an inspiration for situations in daily life.«
Boersenblatt

»Adel Abdel-Latif is the best negotiator you’ve never met. The Ghost Negotiator is the mastermind behind emergency agreements, company acquisitions and bilateral talks. And the 44-year-old always gets what he wants.«
